Odela-FarbaGroup Plant was established first in TOSB (Taysad Industrial Zone) with 10.000 m² production area and offices. Later an additional 11.000 m² extended the building reaching 21,000 m² final production areas and offices under roof. Farba factory produces headlamps and rear lamps for the automotive industry with around 600 employees.

The main entrance is located in theadministrative building and emphasized by two floors height. Production areas and offices standside by side but they are noticeably split into two different volumes, with a contrast of materials, shapes and colours. That fact is enhanced by the slope onsite.

The materials, mainly monochrome metal panels and high level vertical glazing, without superfluous embellishment, are similarly expressive of the building’s purpose. The consistent vertical façade system makes the building appear narrower.

The project was developed to fulfil the requirements of the production process. In that aim the building is designed as a solid mass in which narrow windows and roof windows are pierced to let the sunlight in. Unlike the production area, offices enjoy a transparent facade that bringsa large amount of natural light inside.
