Established in Istanbul-Maltepe in 1969, ELBA started its operations with production of alloy aluminium pressure die casting and casting, which are demanded by the automotive industry. The new factory in TOSB (Taysad Industrial Zone) consist of 30.000 m² production area and offices.
Despite an important slope in the area, the building is designed as a solid mass in order to express its industrial function. Narrow windows break slightly the shell of the whole entity to create special and comfortable areas for employees.
The main entrance is located on the upper side of the land with a cornerglass façade that expend itself slightly from the main block,in order to separate visually the administrative from the factory functions.
